Founder
Tracy V. Allen, Ph.D., PMP, LSSGB, MLC is a nonprofit and social-impact strategist with more than 28 years of experience helping organizations strengthen strategy, funding, operations, programs, capacity, governance, and long-term sustainability.
Throughout her career, Tracy has worked across the realities nonprofit leaders navigate every day, from securing more than $55 million in grant funding and over $15 million in earned income to developing programs and revenue strategies that strengthen organizational infrastructure, workforce capacity, strategic execution, and sustainable growth.
She created FundWisr™ to make the strategic thinking, organizational analysis, and decision support traditionally accessed through consultants more readily available to nonprofit leaders. FundWisr™ translates that experience into an AI-powered Organizational Intelligence System designed to help organizations understand what is happening, evaluate their options, and determine what to do next.
