FundWisr™ Earnings and Affiliate Disclaimer
1. Purpose
This Earnings and Affiliate Disclaimer explains financial relationships, referral commissions, earnings statements, testimonials, and results-related claims connected with FundWisr™.
FundWisr™ is operated by Impctrs Management Group, LLC under license from Mzrik Innovations, LLC, the owner and licensor of FundWisr intellectual property. Technology used in FundWisr is developed in whole or in part by AI Arkitech, LLC.
2. Affiliate and Referral Relationships
FundWisr operates an approved Affiliate and Referral Partner Program.
Approved participants may receive compensation when a person or organization purchases an eligible paid FundWisr subscription through an approved referral relationship.
The current standard program levels are:
- Standard Affiliate: 15% recurring commission on eligible paid subscription revenue; and
- Approved Strategic Partner: 20% recurring commission on eligible paid subscription revenue.
Commissions are subject to the Affiliate Agreement, attribution rules, successful payment, refund and chargeback review, a 30-day commission hold, account eligibility, and other Program requirements.
Free users do not generate commission. Certain refunded, comped, scholarship, heavily discounted, manually priced, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions may not generate commission.
3. Affiliate Disclosures
A person recommending FundWisr may have a financial relationship with FundWisr.
When that relationship is not obvious, the person should disclose it clearly and conspicuously near the recommendation or referral link.
Examples include:
Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase FundWisr through this link.
I am a FundWisr affiliate and may receive a commission from qualifying purchases made through my link.
A disclosure should not be hidden only in a footer, biography, general terms page, or behind an unclear label.
4. No Guarantee of Affiliate Earnings
Participation in the FundWisr Affiliate Program does not guarantee income.
FundWisr does not promise that an Affiliate will:
- make any sale;
- generate any referral;
- earn any minimum commission;
- reach any income level;
- retain referred customers for any period; or
- earn recurring commission for life.
Actual results depend on factors outside FundWisr's control, including audience, trust, traffic, marketing methods, product-market fit, pricing, customer decisions, customer retention, refunds, chargebacks, competition, changes in marketing platforms, and compliance with Program rules.
Any example of Affiliate earnings is illustrative unless FundWisr expressly identifies it as verified historical performance. Historical performance does not guarantee future results.
5. No Guarantee of Customer Funding or Financial Results
FundWisr provides organizational intelligence, funding intelligence, strategic decision support, readiness analysis, workflow support, AI-assisted tools, and document support.
FundWisr does not guarantee:
- grant awards;
- funding approvals;
- donations;
- sponsorships;
- donor commitments;
- contracts;
- procurement awards;
- loans;
- investments;
- revenue;
- profitability;
- legal compliance;
- tax outcomes;
- certification;
- accreditation;
- sustainability;
- impact results; or
- any other financial or organizational outcome.
A FundWisr score, recommendation, match, document, forecast, plan, opportunity listing, AI output, or other result is decision support and should not be represented as a funding decision or guarantee.
6. Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials and case studies reflect the experience of the person or organization described and may not be representative of every user or Affiliate.
FundWisr does not intend a testimonial to imply that another person will achieve the same or similar result.
Where a testimonial is connected to a material relationship, such as payment, free access, a discount, an Affiliate relationship, or another benefit, that relationship should be disclosed when required.
FundWisr may remove or correct a testimonial or claim that is inaccurate, misleading, fabricated, outdated, unsubstantiated, or no longer representative of the underlying facts.
7. Income Examples, Screenshots, and Projections
Commission screenshots, projections, calculators, examples, forecasts, or hypothetical earnings scenarios are not promises of future performance.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, examples do not account for every variable that may affect Affiliate income, including:
- conversion rates;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- taxes;
- advertising costs;
- business expenses;
- customer churn;
- discounting;
- program changes;
- suspended or ineligible transactions; or
- changes in commission rates or customer subscription prices.
Affiliates should not present a hypothetical or exceptional result as a typical or guaranteed outcome.
8. Independent Affiliates
FundWisr Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, fiduciaries, franchisees, or legal partners of FundWisr, Impctrs Management Group, LLC, Mzrik Innovations, LLC, or AI Arkitech, LLC.
The Program tier name “Strategic Partner” does not create a legal partnership.
Unless FundWisr expressly states otherwise, an Affiliate's statements are the Affiliate's own and do not constitute official legal, financial, tax, grantmaking, funding, or professional advice from FundWisr.
9. Affiliate Marketing Standards
FundWisr requires Affiliates to market responsibly.
Affiliates may not:
- state or imply that FundWisr guarantees grants or funding;
- fabricate product capabilities or results;
- use fake reviews or testimonials;
- misrepresent pricing, promotions, or refund rights;
- impersonate FundWisr, a funder, government agency, foundation, investor, donor, or other third party;
- engage in spam or deceptive outreach;
- use prohibited brand bidding, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, or attribution manipulation; or
- conceal a financial relationship when disclosure is required.
Violations may result in removal from the Program, reversal or forfeiture of affected commissions, or other action permitted by the Affiliate Agreement and law.
10. Taxes
Affiliate commissions may constitute taxable income.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations. FundWisr may request tax forms, perform legally required withholding, and issue tax information returns when required by applicable law.
11. Changes
FundWisr may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in law, Program rules, product structure, commission practices, or business operations.
The current version will display its effective date and last-updated date.
Material changes affecting contractual Affiliate rights will be handled in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.
