FundWisr™ Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains conduct that is prohibited when accessing or using FundWisr™ websites, applications, workspaces, artificial-intelligence features, diagnostics, funding tools, forms, document-generation tools, APIs, integrations, support services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to:
- account holders;
- authorized users;
- organization administrators;
- consultants and advisors;
- client workspace managers;
- invited collaborators;
- visitors;
- API and integration users;
- affiliates and referral partners when using the Services; and
- anyone who accesses or attempts to access FundWisr.
Users must also comply with the FundWisr Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Cookie Notice, and other applicable agreements and policies.
FundWisr may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, FundWisr, its licensors, its service providers, or the public.
2. General Rule
You may use FundWisr only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate organizational purposes.
You must not use the Services in a way that:
- violates law or another person’s rights;
- deceives, defrauds, harms, threatens, exploits, or unlawfully discriminates against another person;
- compromises privacy, confidentiality, security, or data integrity;
- interferes with or damages the Services;
- circumvents access, subscription, usage, or security controls;
- misrepresents FundWisr output as independently verified or professionally approved when it is not;
- infringes intellectual property;
- uses confidential information without authorization; or
- creates unreasonable legal, operational, financial, reputational, or security risk.
3. Illegal, Fraudulent, and Deceptive Activity
You must not use FundWisr to:
- commit, facilitate, conceal, promote, or prepare for unlawful conduct;
- commit fraud, wire fraud, identity theft, forgery, embezzlement, money laundering, bribery, kickbacks, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, or false claims;
- impersonate a person, organization, funder, government agency, investor, lender, auditor, attorney, accountant, consultant, board member, employee, or authorized representative;
- create fake organizations, fake applicants, fake beneficiaries, fake vendors, fake board approvals, fake partnerships, or fake fiscal-sponsorship relationships;
- submit false or misleading statements to a funder, regulator, government agency, lender, investor, auditor, customer, donor, board, or other third party;
- generate, alter, or submit fabricated receipts, invoices, budgets, bank records, tax documents, certifications, signatures, resolutions, letters of support, performance reports, evaluation data, or eligibility documents;
- conceal conflicts of interest, related-party transactions, lobbying, political activity, restricted funding use, prior adverse action, or other information when disclosure is required;
- obtain funding, property, credit, contracts, services, or benefits through deception;
- manipulate application systems, voting, selection, scoring, review, or procurement processes;
- create fake urgency, fake scarcity, fake testimonials, fake endorsements, or unsupported claims; or
- instruct another person to engage in prohibited conduct.
FundWisr may preserve relevant records and report suspected unlawful conduct where required or appropriate.
4. Funding, Grant, Contract, Investment, and Capital Misuse
You must not use Funding Intelligence, Grant Intelligence, Funding Corridors, application tools, or related features to:
- misrepresent eligibility;
- certify compliance or qualifications that have not been verified;
- submit an application on behalf of an organization without authority;
- falsely state that FundWisr, Impctrs Management Group, Mzrik Innovations, or AI Arkitech is affiliated with or endorsed by a funder;
- copy restricted or licensed funding data for redistribution;
- scrape, harvest, resell, sublicense, or create a competing funding database from FundWisr records;
- use one customer’s confidential funding strategy, proposal, budget, evidence, or contacts for another customer;
- submit substantially identical applications for multiple organizations without authorization and truthful customization;
- conceal the use of a fiscal sponsor, subcontractor, partner, lobbyist, grant writer, consultant, or related party when disclosure is required;
- fabricate need, impact, outcomes, beneficiary counts, geographic service, matching funds, committed partners, or organizational history;
- misstate how funds will be used;
- apply for funding for illegal, prohibited, or unauthorized activity;
- evade funder restrictions, exclusions, geographic limits, entity requirements, or conflict rules; or
- represent a FundWisr potential-fit score as an official eligibility determination or award prediction.
FundWisr does not authorize users to make certifications, signatures, representations, or submissions for another organization merely because they have technical access to a workspace.
5. AI and Automated-Output Misuse
You must not:
- represent AI-generated content as written, reviewed, approved, certified, audited, or verified by a human professional when it was not;
- describe FundWisr AI as an attorney, accountant, auditor, financial adviser, investment adviser, licensed consultant, government representative, funder, or human strategist;
- remove or conceal required AI, draft, source, funding, diagnostic, or professional-review notices;
- alter metadata or status labels to make an AI draft appear final or professionally reviewed;
- submit, sign, file, adopt, publish, or distribute high-risk AI output without required review and authorization;
- use FundWisr to create deceptive impersonations, fabricated citations, false evidence, fake expert opinions, or misleading endorsements;
- intentionally provide false or manipulated inputs to obtain a desired diagnostic, score, recommendation, or eligibility appearance;
- use prompt injection, malicious instructions, encoded content, or other techniques to bypass safeguards, reveal protected prompts, expose another customer’s information, or alter system behavior;
- use AI output to make a final consequential decision about an identifiable person where prohibited by FundWisr policy or law;
- use FundWisr to unlawfully discriminate or infer sensitive traits;
- use generated documents to practice law, accounting, investment advice, or another regulated profession without authorization; or
- falsely claim that FundWisr guarantees accuracy, compliance, funding, revenue, sustainability, or results.
You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and lawfully using all outputs.
6. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Sensitive Information
You must have lawful authority to upload, enter, process, disclose, or share information through FundWisr.
You must not upload or enter information that is unnecessary for the requested purpose, including:
- Social Security numbers;
- full payment-card numbers;
- bank-account credentials;
- passwords, secret keys, access tokens, or authentication codes;
- protected health information unless FundWisr has expressly approved the applicable workflow and agreements;
- detailed medical or mental-health records;
- biometric identifiers;
- criminal-history records unless expressly authorized for an approved feature;
- children’s personal information unless expressly authorized, legally permitted, and necessary;
- immigration-status records;
- government identity documents unless an approved verification process requests them;
- confidential donor, beneficiary, employee, applicant, patient, student, client, or customer information that is not necessary;
- another organization’s trade secrets or privileged communications without authorization.
You must not:
- expose another person’s or organization’s information to unauthorized users;
- use shared links carelessly;
- export information after your authority ends;
- copy client information into your own workspace without authorization;
- use confidential Customer Content to train external models or tools without permission;
- upload information obtained through unlawful surveillance, scraping, hacking, pretexting, or deception;
- attempt to reidentify deidentified information; or
- use FundWisr to build dossiers on individuals for harassment, discrimination, coercion, or exploitation.
Consultants and multi-organization users must maintain strict separation among client workspaces.
7. Account, Credential, and Access Abuse
You must not:
- access an account, workspace, file, integration, API, or system without authorization;
- use another person’s credentials;
- share personal login credentials;
- sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense an account;
- create accounts using false identities or disposable information to evade restrictions;
- retain access after employment, consulting, board service, or client authority ends;
- bypass multifactor authentication, access restrictions, or role permissions;
- use compromised credentials;
- test credentials obtained from another source;
- invite unauthorized users;
- escalate privileges;
- access another customer’s workspace or data;
- exploit a misconfiguration to access information;
- fail to report known unauthorized access; or
- use automated means to create excessive accounts or trial access.
Organization administrators are responsible for promptly removing users whose authority ends.
8. Security Abuse and Harmful Technical Conduct
You must not:
- introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, worms, trojans, destructive code, or malicious files;
- probe, scan, test, attack, or attempt to defeat FundWisr security without prior written authorization;
- conduct denial-of-service activity;
- interfere with availability, performance, integrity, or operation;
- exploit or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities;
- alter headers, tokens, audit records, consent records, billing records, or logs;
- intercept traffic or communications;
- use bots, scripts, or automation that impose unreasonable load;
- evade rate limits;
- bypass API controls;
- reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived;
- access source code, prompts, models, weights, system instructions, or confidential architecture without authorization;
- use FundWisr infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining, proxying, command-and-control, spam, phishing, credential stuffing, or attack traffic;
- store or distribute malicious payloads;
- use remote-access tools to gain unauthorized access; or
- conceal malicious activity through FundWisr.
Good-faith vulnerability research must follow the published Vulnerability Disclosure Policy when available. This Policy does not grant authorization to test FundWisr systems.
9. Scraping, Extraction, and Competitive Misuse
Unless FundWisr provides written permission or an approved API, you must not:
- scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, index, download, mirror, or extract FundWisr content or data at scale;
- copy funding records, source curation, methodologies, taxonomies, scoring factors, prompts, workflows, templates, or proprietary frameworks to build a competing service;
- systematically capture search results;
- use bots to monitor or replicate the platform;
- circumvent export limits;
- reconstruct databases from screen displays;
- use FundWisr output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a competing model, database, or product;
- benchmark FundWisr for publication without written authorization, except where law prohibits such a restriction;
- remove proprietary notices;
- access the Services for competitive intelligence under false pretenses; or
- resell FundWisr data or access.
Permitted customer exports remain subject to the Terms and may be used only for authorized organizational purposes.
10. Subscription, Billing, Trial, and Entitlement Abuse
You must not:
- create multiple accounts or organizations to obtain repeated free trials;
- share seats beyond plan limits;
- bypass document, diagnostic, AI-question, workspace, storage, or usage limits;
- manipulate billing, credits, meters, plan status, or entitlements;
- use another customer’s payment method without authorization;
- submit fraudulent chargebacks;
- conceal actual usage to avoid fees;
- resell plan access without authorization;
- use one subscription as a service bureau for unrelated organizations unless the plan and agreement permit it;
- use automated workflows to consume unreasonable resources; or
- exploit pricing or configuration errors.
FundWisr may correct billing or entitlement errors and may restrict abusive usage.
11. Intellectual-Property Violations
You must not upload, generate, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, or use content that infringes or misappropriates:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- trade secrets;
- patents;
- publicity rights;
- privacy rights;
- database rights;
- contractual restrictions; or
- other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
You must not remove copyright, trademark, source, attribution, confidentiality, or proprietary notices.
FundWisr may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers in accordance with its Copyright, Trademark, and DMCA Policy.
12. Harassment, Exploitation, and Harm
You must not use FundWisr to:
- threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, shame, or extort;
- exploit children or vulnerable persons;
- facilitate trafficking or abuse;
- publish nonconsensual intimate material;
- dox or expose private information;
- promote violence or credible threats;
- target people based on protected characteristics for unlawful exclusion or harm;
- create discriminatory eligibility, employment, service, housing, lending, or benefit practices;
- manipulate or coerce beneficiaries, employees, volunteers, donors, applicants, or customers;
- create fraudulent fundraising appeals using another person’s identity, story, image, or hardship; or
- use impact stories without necessary consent and dignity protections.
13. Spam, Phishing, and Unwanted Communications
You must not use FundWisr to:
- send spam;
- send phishing or fraudulent messages;
- distribute malware;
- harvest email addresses or contact information;
- send communications without required consent;
- conceal the sender’s identity;
- use misleading subject lines;
- impersonate a funder, government agency, or trusted organization;
- evade opt-outs or suppression lists;
- purchase or use unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- send excessive or abusive notifications; or
- use FundWisr-generated content to deceive recipients.
All communications must comply with applicable email, text-message, telemarketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
14. Political, Lobbying, and Public-Policy Activity
FundWisr may support lawful organizational planning, but users must not use the Services to:
- conceal political campaign intervention by a tax-exempt organization;
- create false lobbying, election, or advocacy reports;
- coordinate unlawful political contributions;
- impersonate voters, public officials, agencies, or advocacy organizations;
- generate deceptive election information;
- engage in unlawful voter suppression or intimidation;
- evade disclosure or registration obligations;
- misuse charitable funds for prohibited political activity; or
- falsely represent that FundWisr endorses a candidate, party, policy position, or lobbying campaign.
Organizations remain responsible for legal and tax review of political, lobbying, advocacy, and election-related activities.
15. Regulated and High-Risk Uses
FundWisr is not designed to provide emergency, medical, clinical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, lending, credit, employment-screening, housing-screening, education-admission, or public-benefit determinations.
You must not use FundWisr as the sole or final basis for a consequential decision about an identifiable person.
You must not use FundWisr to:
- diagnose or treat a medical condition;
- determine emergency action;
- make final hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, lending, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or public-benefit decisions;
- make automated adverse decisions without required human review and legal safeguards;
- provide regulated professional services without authorization;
- generate or submit regulated filings without qualified review; or
- represent an output as a licensed professional opinion.
16. Content Standards
Content must not be:
- unlawful;
- fraudulent;
- defamatory;
- threatening;
- harassing;
- obscene or exploitative;
- malicious;
- privacy-invasive;
- infringing;
- materially deceptive;
- designed to evade safeguards;
- intended to damage systems or people.
FundWisr does not undertake a general duty to monitor all Customer Content. However, it may review content or activity when needed to operate, secure, investigate, enforce, comply with law, or protect rights.
17. Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations to:

Reports should include:
- the relevant account, organization, workspace, URL, or record;
- a description of the suspected violation;
- supporting information;
- the reporter’s contact information where appropriate.
Do not include unnecessary confidential or sensitive information in a report.
Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.
18. Enforcement
Depending on the nature, severity, history, and risk of a violation, FundWisr may:
- issue a warning;
- require corrective action;
- remove or restrict content;
- disable sharing, export, submission, integration, AI, or other features;
- impose rate limits;
- revoke tokens or sessions;
- remove a user from a workspace;
- suspend an account or organization;
- terminate access;
- preserve evidence;
- notify an Organization Administrator;
- notify affected customers or third parties;
- refer suspected violations to service providers, funders, agencies, law enforcement, or other authorities where permitted or required;
- seek reimbursement or legal remedies; or
- take emergency protective action without advance notice.
FundWisr will use reasonable efforts to apply enforcement proportionately. Immediate action may be necessary for security incidents, unlawful access, fraud, data exposure, threats, abuse, or serious harm.
A violation by one user may affect an organization workspace when continued access creates risk. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their authorized users.
19. Appeals
Unless prohibited by law, security needs, privilege, or another person’s rights, a user may appeal a suspension or termination by contacting:

The appeal should include:
- account email;
- organization;
- enforcement notice or case ID;
- explanation;
- supporting evidence;
- requested resolution.
An appeal does not automatically restore access. FundWisr may require identity and authority verification.
FundWisr may deny repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported appeals.
20. Changes to This Policy
FundWisr may update this Policy as the Services, risks, laws, or practices change.
Material changes must be published with:
- effective date;
- version;
- change summary;
- notice or reacceptance when appropriate.
Continued use must not be treated as acceptance of a material contractual change when affirmative reacceptance is required under the Terms or applicable law.
