FundWisr™ Cookie Notice and Consent Preferences
1. Introduction
This Cookie Notice explains how Impctrs Management Group, LLC, doing business through the FundWisr™ platform (“FundWisr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit FundWisr websites, create or use an account, interact with FundWisr emails, or use FundWisr applications and services.
FundWisr™ is operated by Impctrs Management Group, LLC under license from Mzrik Innovations, LLC. Technology is developed by AI Arkitech, LLC.
This Notice supplements the FundWisr Privacy Policy and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, AI Transparency Notice, and other applicable FundWisr disclosures.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed through a browser or device. FundWisr may also use local storage, session storage, software development kits, tags, tracking pixels, web beacons, scripts, device identifiers, server logs, authentication tokens, email pixels, APIs, and similar technologies.
These technologies may recognize a browser or device, remember preferences, maintain a session, protect an account, measure use, diagnose errors, support product functions, or, only where implemented and permitted, support advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Tracking technologies can collect more than page views. Depending on configuration, they may receive information about clicks, page interactions, purchases, form activity, browser details, device data, and other online behavior. FundWisr must configure each technology to collect only the information reasonably necessary for its approved purpose.
3. Categories of Technologies FundWisr May Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies are required to provide, secure, or administer the website and platform. They may be used to:
- authenticate users;
- maintain login sessions;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- protect accounts and infrastructure;
- remember privacy choices;
- process subscription and checkout functions;
- provide load balancing;
- maintain form progress;
- preserve essential accessibility settings;
- route requests;
- detect technical errors; and
- provide features specifically requested by the user.
Strictly necessary technologies cannot ordinarily be disabled through the FundWisr preference center because the requested service may not function without them. Users may be able to block them through browser settings, but doing so may prevent parts of FundWisr from working.
FundWisr must not classify a technology as “strictly necessary” merely because it is useful to marketing, analytics, product optimization, or advertising.
3.2 Functional Technologies
Functional technologies remember optional choices and improve convenience. They may be used to remember interface preferences, language, region, optional workflow choices, enhanced support tools, recently viewed content, or embedded functionality.
Functional technologies must remain disabled until consent is obtained where applicable.
3.3 Analytics and Performance Technologies
Analytics technologies may help FundWisr understand which pages and features are used, how users move through the platform, whether pages load correctly, whether users encounter errors, aggregate use patterns, campaign performance, conversion and abandonment rates, device and browser performance, and opportunities to improve usability.
Where practical, FundWisr should configure analytics to reduce or avoid collection of direct identifiers, unnecessary form content, sensitive information, full IP addresses, and cross-site advertising profiles.
Analytics must not be described as anonymous unless the data has been appropriately deidentified and cannot reasonably be linked back to a person, account, customer, or organization.
3.4 Advertising and Targeting Technologies
FundWisr may use advertising or targeting technologies only after they have been specifically approved, inventoried, configured, and disclosed.
If implemented, these technologies may measure advertising effectiveness, limit repeated advertisements, create or use audiences, understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or purchase, support cross-context behavioral advertising, or allow advertising partners to associate activity across websites, applications, services, or devices.
FundWisr must not activate advertising or targeting technologies before the user makes the required choice where consent is required.
Current position: No targeted advertising
FundWisr does not currently use cookies or similar technologies to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
FundWisr may introduce advertising or targeting technologies in the future. If it does, this Notice will be updated to describe the specific technologies and partners involved, and, per Section 10, a new choice will be obtained where required rather than relying on continued use of the service.
3.5 Support, Chat, and Embedded-Content Technologies
Third-party chat, scheduling, video, document, map, support, or embedded-content tools may place or access technologies when loaded.
FundWisr must classify the tool accurately, prevent nonessential tools from loading before required consent, disclose the provider and purpose, avoid sending form fields, prompts, diagnostics, financial data, or Customer Content unless necessary and authorized, evaluate cross-site tracking, and include the provider in the applicable vendor or subprocessor register.
4. Information These Technologies May Collect
Depending on the technology and user choice, FundWisr may collect:
- cookie or device identifier;
- browser type and version;
- device type and operating system;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- IP address;
- language and time zone;
- referring and exit page;
- pages and screens viewed;
- buttons and links selected;
- dates and times of activity;
- session duration;
- authentication and account state;
- consent choices;
- feature interactions;
- error and performance information;
- campaign or referral information;
- subscription or conversion event;
- email-open or link-click event; and
- other information described in the live cookie inventory.
FundWisr must not intentionally configure analytics, advertising, or support trackers to capture passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication secrets, full grant-application content, uploaded confidential documents, diagnostic free-text answers, sensitive beneficiary information, private AI prompts, protected health information, or personal data unnecessary for the approved tracking purpose.
5. Why FundWisr Uses These Technologies
FundWisr may use approved technologies to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, preserve sessions and preferences, detect fraud and abuse, process subscriptions, remember privacy choices, troubleshoot errors, measure and improve performance, understand aggregate feature use, support communications, comply with legal obligations, honor privacy rights, measure marketing only where permitted, and support other purposes specifically described when the technology is presented.
A technology may not be repurposed for materially different use without review, updated disclosure, and new consent where required.
6. Your Choices
6.1 Cookie Preference Center
FundWisr must provide a persistent Cookie Settings link in the website footer.
The preference center must allow users to:
- accept all optional technologies;
- reject all optional technologies;
- enable or disable Functional technologies;
- enable or disable Analytics and Performance technologies;
- enable or disable Advertising and Targeting technologies;
- review individual providers where feasible;
- review the date and version of their choice; and
- withdraw or change consent at any time.
Strictly Necessary technologies may be listed but not disabled through the preference center.
Rejecting optional technologies must be as easy as accepting them.
6.2 Browser and Device Controls
Users may also control cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking all cookies may interfere with login, account security, saved preferences, checkout, or other requested functions.
Browser controls do not necessarily remove local storage, software development kits, pixels, server-side event processing, or identifiers already collected. FundWisr’s preference center must therefore control FundWisr’s own optional technology loading, rather than relying only on browser instructions.
6.3 Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where applicable, FundWisr must recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or another valid browser-based signal.
When a recognized signal is received:
- it must be treated as a request to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising where applicable;
- the choice must be honored for the browser or device and, where legally required and known, the associated account;
- advertising or targeting technologies must not load contrary to the signal;
- the event must be logged; and
- the user must not be required to create an account solely to have the signal honored.
The preference center may display:
A recognized privacy preference signal is active. FundWisr has applied the corresponding opt-out choice to this browser.
The user must not be encouraged to disable the signal in order to use FundWisr.
6.4 Email Tracking
FundWisr emails may use limited technologies to determine whether a message was delivered, opened, or selected, where permitted.
Marketing emails must provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Service, billing, security, legal, and account communications may still be sent when necessary to provide or administer the service.
Where feasible, FundWisr should avoid email tracking in communications likely to contain sensitive organizational, financial, diagnostic, legal, or security information.
7. Cookie Duration
Technologies may be session-based, expiring when the browser session ends, or persistent, remaining until their stated expiration, deletion, withdrawal, or replacement.
FundWisr must publish the actual duration or a meaningful duration range in the live cookie table.
Optional consent should be requested again when the consent period expires, categories materially change, a new provider or purpose is introduced, a new legal requirement applies, the user clears the preference record, or FundWisr cannot reliably associate the prior choice.
Recommended maximum consent-refresh interval: 12 months, subject to applicable law and material changes.
8. Third Parties
FundWisr may use service providers that set or access technologies on FundWisr properties. The final published Notice must list all providers identified through the production scan.
Potential categories may include hosting and content delivery, database and authentication, payment processing, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, email delivery, scheduling, embedded video or content, advertising and conversion measurement, and consent management.
The final Notice must not name a provider unless FundWisr actually uses it. It must not omit a provider that receives personal information through a tag, pixel, script, SDK, server-side event, or embedded tool.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. FundWisr should not state that it responds to Do Not Track unless engineering has implemented and tested that response.
FundWisr must separately honor legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.
10. Changes to This Notice
FundWisr may update this Notice when technologies, providers, purposes, laws, or practices change.
The Notice must display its effective date, version, last updated date, and a material-change summary when appropriate.
If a change materially expands optional tracking, advertising, sharing, or the use of previously collected information, FundWisr must obtain a new choice where required rather than relying solely on continued use.
