Billing
Your plan, changing it, what a downgrade does to your records, and where the invoices are.

Changing plan
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. The locks come off as soon as payment goes through.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Seats are counted per plan. Downgrading below the number of people in your workspace asks you which members to remove before it completes.
Who can do this
Billing is the owner's alone. Not the Board President, not a Staff Admin, both of whom can otherwise invite people and grant access. That is a deliberate separation: the person who can add users and the person who can change what you are charged are different people in most organizations.
The AI allowance
Generating a document, drafting a grant section, and asking the Co-Strategist all come out of one monthly pool that resets. Live searches in Grant Intelligence and Property Finder have their own smaller allowance, because each one costs roughly thirty times an ordinary generation.
