Getting help
Where to look, in what order, and how to reach a person when the answer is not written down.
In order
Search this manual.
Ctrl and K from any chapter, or the box at the top of the sidebar. It searches the full text of every chapter, not just the titles.
Try the Help Center for a specific question.
It is organized by the question somebody actually has rather than by menu structure.
Ask the AI Co-Strategist, which can see your actual records.
Better than either of the above for "why does my score say this", because it can look.
Email a person at support@fundwisr.ai.
Available on every plan, including Foundation.
Making a support request easy to answer
- Say what you expected and what happened instead. Those two sentences answer most of what anybody would ask you next.
- Name the page. The exact address is better than the tool name.
- Say when. "This morning" narrows the search enormously.
- Never send a password, and never send a screenshot containing the people you serve. Nobody at FundWisr will ask you for either.
If something is wrong with this manual
Email support@fundwisr.ai and name the chapter. Documentation defects are treated as defects: if a chapter describes something the software does not do, that is a fault worth fixing and not a difference of opinion.
