Strengthening the organization
Strengthen Organization
The overview across staff, volunteers and board that shows whether you are depending on people you do not actually have.

What it is for
Three separate systems of record sit underneath this page, for the three ways a person relates to a nonprofit: paid, contributed, and governing. This is the only place that reads across all three at once.

The three underneath
| Tool | Holds |
|---|---|
| Staff & Workforce | Paid people, positions, and who reports to whom. |
| Volunteers | Contributed time, hours, screening, and the volunteer portal. |
| Board & Governance | Trustees, committees, meetings, and conflict disclosures. |
They were one tool and a half before, with staff and volunteers sharing a workspace despite almost no shared workflow, and board members holding a record with nothing attached to it. Splitting them changed the navigation and not what any plan includes: all three still sit under the same tool key, so nothing about your billing changed.

- VolunteersRecruiting, screening, scheduling and recording contributed time, and the portal volunteers use without entering your workspace.
- Board & GovernanceTrustees, terms, committees, meetings with drafted minutes, and the conflict of interest disclosures that are always overdue somewhere.
