What you are looking at
The Command Center is what /app opens to, and it is the only page that reads across every other tool at once. It does not hold any records of its own. Everything on it is calculated from what is recorded elsewhere, which is why it is thin on a new account and gets sharper as you fill things in.
The resilience score
The score is calculated from the revenue sources you have logged, and it recalculates the moment you add or edit one. It asks three questions:
- How much of your money comes from your largest single source? The more it is, the more one decision by one funder can end you.
- How much of it is unrestricted? Restricted money pays for what the funder chose. Unrestricted money pays for rent and salaries.
- How much of it did you earn yourself, rather than receive as a grant or a gift?
What needs your attention
This list merges signals from your revenue portfolio, your diagnostic results, and your grant pipeline into one ranked set, so you are not checking three tools to find out what changed.
Each item carries a severity: critical, high, moderate, or opportunity. Opportunities are ranked last on purpose. They are real, and they are never more urgent than something that is breaking.
If the page looks empty
That is the correct behavior, not a fault. The Command Center reports on records, and a new workspace has none. Two things fill it fastest: logging your revenue sources, and running the comprehensive diagnostic. Together they give it both halves of what it reads.
