The five plans
Prices shown are the monthly rate when you pay annually. Month to month costs roughly 20% more.

How the AI allowance works
Anything that generates text or searches the live web draws on a monthly allowance rather than being charged per use. Generating a document, drafting a grant section, and asking the Co-Strategist a question all come out of the same pool, which resets every month.
- Live searches (Grant Intelligence search, Property Finder search) have their own smaller allowance, because each one pulls a very large amount of search data and costs roughly thirty times an ordinary generation.
- Foundation has no monthly generation allowance, but includes two Co-Strategist questions for the life of the account. They do not reset. They exist to let you try it.
- Running out does not lock you out of your records. It pauses generation until the month turns over, or until you move up a plan.
Changing plan
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. The locks come off as soon as payment goes through.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Seats are counted per plan. If you downgrade below the number of people in your workspace, you will be asked which members to remove before the change completes.
